We only use heritage breed hogs raised on family farms. We source the best spices available. We go as far as importing peppers from Italy. We are a small batch producer. The product that drove us into this industry, 'Nduja , I can say with complete humility is the most authentic you will find outside of Calabria. We have just updated our packaging, which we are extremely excited about. We have several unique salumi, like our 100% Waygu beef salami seasoned with Cabernet, black pepper and time or our Nostrano pink peppercorn, chianti and garlic. Our finocchiona, recent winner of Good Food Award 2016 & inaugural 2016 Charcuterie Masters Grand Champion. My father and I are excited to join Specialty Food and to get your feedback our products.
