Authenticity - 100% Purebred Berkshire Pork. We track and certify this is true from conception to custom slaughter program. Farm Production - We own the majority of our hog farms. This gives us the ability to monitor quality, maintain the genetic integrity and trace products back and remove anything that is not of the highest quality standards. Custom Cut - We run a pull hide operation, which leads to better color in the meat. Meat remains untouched unlike other processes that scald the pig. At each production one of our staff members is on site for quality control. This leads to the best quality to the customer. Limited Supply - We are the largest 100% Berkshire program in the US, which also makes us the largest in the world. Everyday around 450,000 hogs are slaughtered in the US. The entire 100% Berkshire industry is only at most about 500 of those. We are very serious about preserving this genetic for the future. Specific Channel of Distribution or Sale - We have representatives in our office that speak Japanese, Chinese and of course English. This gives us the ability to work with people from many different ethnicities and backgrounds. Being based in Iowa that is very rare for a small Pork company. Overall, our company offers a product with a limited supply. The supply will always be limited due to the difficulty in raising 100% Berkshire hogs. We deliver our product to a diverse customer base that has stayed loyal over 15 years. We stay humble and try to improve our product everyday while still preserving this genetic for people to enjoy for years to come.
