Michel de France is a family owned and operated company. Since 1985 we bake healthy crepes, blinis, pancakes, wraps and wafers made in the USA. All ingredients are carefully selected, sourced Non-GMO, all natural and we do not use preservatives. Our work ethic remained the same over the past three decades, simple ingredients for quality products. Innovation is also a key component of our success. Our line of wraps offer an alternative to bread or tortilla with low calorie intake and high protein.
