Burek is a specialty ethnic product that is largely unknown an not readily available on store shelves. What makes the product unique is the craftsmanship and time required to produce the product. The fine stretching of the phyllo dough is a labor intensive and tedious task. The process is time consuming and difficult to learn. We have spent over 18 years perfecting this craft and established processes to be able to meet higher demands.
