Nicasio Valley Cheese Co.
Our cheeses are handcrafted in small batches on our family's nearly 100 year old California dairy. We utilize many of the same sustainable dairy practices that established Marin County over 150 years ago as the original dairy capital of California. Our cheeses are all based on recipes from a cheese maker who lives in the same Swiss village from where our paternal grandfather emigrated over 100 years ago.
