Our company operates a twenty acre raspberry briery in Salem, Utah. Much of the fruit we harvest is made into specialty food products for retail sale. We manufacture and sell three lines of spreadable fruit products that are glutenfree and contain no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. They contain a proportionately high amount of fruit and are much lower in calories than traditional jams and jellies.
