Specialty Food Association

TRAILBLAZERS SHARE INNOVATIONS IN THE BREAKFAST CATEGORY

(CHICAGO) — The Hatchery Chicago — a non-profit food and beverage incubator — is partnering with thought leaders to highlight new breakfast trends and offerings in their upcoming virtual event “Reimaging Breakfast”. The most important meal of the day comes front and center, as panelists reflect on today’s adventurous consumer cravings and adjusted morning routines.

The panel consists of industry leaders, such as Anouck Gotlib CEO of Belgian Boys – recently featured in Forbes as Daniel Lubetzky’s Equilibra Ventures’ latest capital investment, following the launch of its line of frozen breakfast delights. She’s joining Ashley Thompson, CEO of the innovative, overnight oats brand, MUSH; Mindy Friedler, co-owner of Fiya, known for its unique Israeli menu; and Onigiri KORORIN’s Yuta Katsuyama who introduces Japanese morning staples. Their unique journeys in consumer education and non-traditional offerings give invaluable insights on today’s breakfast trends.

The conversation is moderated by the Kellogg Company’s Culinary Director, Mark Graham. Known for his expansive career in the industry, Mark’s experience is immersed in global palates, cultural flavors, market influencers, and the crucial role breakfast plays in everyone’s lives.

All ticket sales support The Hatchery Chicago’s mission of helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and enhance economic development and job creation on Chicago’s West Side.

The event takes place at 4 PM Central on Thursday, March 31. Tickets are available at https://bit.ly/marchnetworkinghatch.
