Fredericksburg, Texas – Texas-based Fischer & Wieser has won two awards in the Specialty Food Association’s prestigious 2021 sofi™ Awards competition. Mom’s Tomato Basil Soup won Gold and Stick & Tine Ginger Scallion: Asian Everything Sauce won Silver.
A “sofi” (Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation) is the top honor in the specialty food industry and represents the best of the best from the 3800 plus members of the Specialty Food Association.
