A Culinary Experience From Two Of The F&B Industry’s Leading Producers
Tea Drunk, the producer of the world’s most prized teas, has partnered with the bean-to-bar masters at Dandelion Chocolate to bring an elevated tasting experience to connoisseurs. The interactive virtual class will include a carefully curated flight of five distinctive chocolate bars paired with five unique and authentic loose leaf teas.
This delicious and informative class will introduce participants to the skill of fine tasting and pairing —the specialized techniques, flavors to look for, and pairing tips. Participants will learn how to identify flavor families, understand how flavors are developed, and why they are paired together.
