The Winter Fancy Food Show kicks off today, Feb. 6, on the Specialty Food Association’s 70th anniversary, in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Hall. The show floor will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and tomorrow, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday.

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID test done within 72 hours of arriving at the convention center will be required from all attendees, exhibitors, and show staff at the Winter Fancy Food Show. Both PCR, rapid test, and home test results will be accepted.

The Show is host to a dozen international pavilions, and state and special pavilions including Incubator Village, Startup Pavilion, Business Services Pavilion, Cheese Pavilion sponsored by the American Cheese Society, Chocolate Pavilion, Plant Based Pavilion, California Pavilion, Minnesota Pavilion, Mississippi Pavilion, and Virginia Pavilion.

The SFA Member Product Marketplace will have a booth (#2717) where members can bring their products to get free product images from a professional photographer. Then the images will be uploaded to your Product Marketplace showroom.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 9:45 a.m. at the South Hall Entrance.

The Specialty Food Association will offer Maker Pass education sessions on all three Show days. The first, Workshop: Launch and Increase Your Online Sales, takes place from 9 - 10:30 a.m. on Level 2.

All of the Maker Pass sessions are available as part of the Maker Pass, a one-price ticket of $99 for SFA members, and $199 for non-members. You can add the Maker Pass to your badge at any staffed registration counter. Check the Fancy Food Show 2022 mobile app for program updates.

The Maker Pass session, Brain Trust Office Hours, will take place from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
