After analysis of responses from over 4.5 million U.S. employees, Great Places to Work and Fortune magazine have ranked Wegmans Food Markets the 3rd best company to work for, behind Cisco Systems and Hilton. Wegmans was the only food retailer or maker to make the top 10. Target was ranked #12.
Survey participants were asked about their experience working at their company with regards to trust, respect, fairness, and camaraderie.

The mid-Atlantic and north-eastern 106-store supermarket chain also ranked first place in PEOPLE’s 2021 Companies That Care list.
