The Summer Fancy Food Show, the first in nearly three years, begins today at the Javits Center in New York City and runs through June 14.
The Show will kick off with a ribbon cutting event at 9:45 a.m. Show Floor hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday and Monday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday. Key buyers may access the Show Floor at 9:30 a.m. on Show days. Maker Space and Main Stage education session also begin today.
Maker Space sessions require the Maker Pass which is a one-price ticket - $99 for SFA members, $199 for non-members - that entitles holders to sessions that are designed for both new and running specialty food companies, with an emphasis on marketing, co-packing, sales, and brand building. The lineup of events is as follows:
