Starbucks Canada and DoorDash Canada have partnered to offer on-demand delivery of Starbucks at participating locations. Beginning today, DoorDash customers can order delivery from over 500 Starbucks stores.
The new partnership also expands Starbucks Delivers to nearly 50 new communities including Saint John, New Brunswick, Squamish, British Columbia, and the province of Prince Edward Island.
“As we continue to innovate the Starbucks Experience with new and impactful ways to connect digitally, we are excited to expand how our customers can enjoy their Starbucks favorites wherever they may be,” said Lori Digulla, general manager of Starbucks Canada, in a statement. “Delivery remains a major growth opportunity for Starbucks, and our new partnership with DoorDash will help us reach even more Starbucks customers from coast-to-coast.”
In Canada, customers will be able to access Starbucks Delivers via the DoorDash app and website. The chain will offer most of its core menu on DoorDash so customers can customize their orders, including the ability to choose the amount of syrup, type of milk, and espresso roasts.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Starbucks Canada onto DoorDash Canada and provide coffee lovers a simple way to get their Starbucks favorites delivered right to their doorstep,” said Shilpa Arora, general manager of DoorDash Canada, in a statement. “Canadians are continuing to prioritize convenience in their lives, and we are continuing to provide our customers what they are looking for.”
