Avocados From Mexico has teamed up with the Sprinkles dessert bakery chain on a limited-edition cupcake in honor of National Avocado Day, July 31.
The Avocados From Mexico Chocolate Dulce De Leche Sprinkles cupcake is a banana cupcake that's studded with pecans and filled with a soft dulce de leche core. Its frosting blends cream cheese and chocolate made with fresh Mexican avocados.
"The new Avocados From Mexico Chocolate Dulce De Leche cupcake features the highest quality and best-tasting ingredients," said Charles Craig, VP of culinary at Sprinkles, in a statement. "By blending fresh avocado and smooth cream cheese alongside the banana and dulce de leche cupcake, we were able to elevate all the ingredients resulting in a cupcake that is out-of-this world.”
The cupcake is available at Sprinkles nationwide through Sunday, August 6.
