The final day of the Winter Fancy Food Show will begin at 9 a.m. with the Main Stage session, “Research Spotlight: Today’s Specialty Food Consumer Report,” presented by David Lockwood who will delve into SFA’s latest consumer research.
The Show Floor will open at 9:30 a.m. to Key Buyer Members and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all other attendees.
Livestream coverage at the Show will take place from noon to 1 p.m. PST and can be viewed here or in person at the SFA Media Center on the Show floor.
The following sessions are planned for the Big Idea Stage on the Show floor throughout the day:
• 10:30 a.m.: “The Future Is Now: Understanding the World Economy”
• 12:30 p.m.: “Trends from the Show with the SFA Trendspotter Panel”
At the close of the Show, exhibitors can donate leftover food by obtaining stickers from their floor manager that can be stuck on both pershible and nonperishable products. At 3 p.m., Three Square will walk the aisles and pick up the donated items.
Three Square is the only food bank in Southern Nevada and the largest hunger relief organization in the area.
