Shake Shack is offering a black truffle menu for a limited time featuring Regalis Foods’ USDA Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil, made from Spanish black truffles and California extra virgin olive oil.
The menu includes a Black Truffle Burger, a gruyere cheeseburger topped with real black truffle sauce made with the Regalis truffle oil, and crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce, which are crinkle cut fries topped with garlic parmesan cheese and served with real black truffle sauce.
