Lunchbox, an online ordering system, has announced the launch of its Restaurant Community, an online slack community where industry leaders can build relationships, problem-solve, and get industry updates.
"It's a beautiful thing when you get operators into the same room. Everyone has their own experiences and from that, an excess of knowledge," says CEO and co-founder, Nabeel Alamgir, in a statement. "It only makes sense to open up the space and be a resource while doing so."
In addition to providing a forum-style outlet for restaurateurs, the slack community will act as an industry hub, offering general news, best practices, and operational guides. Some brands on the platform include Starbucks, CKE Restaurants, and Athletic Greens.
