A Northwest Portland Co-op, called Food Front Co-Op, closed its doors due to financial difficulties shortly after its 50-year anniversary, reports Fox 12 Oregon.
“I’m appalled, I’m incredibly angry, and underneath that, I’m very sad,” a long-time customer told the news source. “I’ve shopped here for 30 years.”
According to a statement posted on the shop front, once a new board is appointed, it could re-open under a new business model. Full Story
