The Specialty Food Association will host a partner session with the Fine Chocolate Industry Association at the Winter Fancy Food Show, on Sunday, February 6 from 2 to 3 p.m. EST at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Open to all Show badge holders, the Fine Chocolate Trends and Marketing Strategies for Specialty Food Retailers session will be presented by Fine Chocolate Industry Association member and thought leader Matt Caputo who will explore the trends impacting fine chocolate.
Caputo is an importer and distributor of over 60 craft chocolate brands for his company, A Priori Specialty Foods, and he is also the president/CEO of Caputo’s fine market and grocery in Salt Lake City, Utah, which carries an extensive chocolate selection.
His unique vantage point as both a retailer and distributor will provide valuable insights on fine chocolate industry trends as well as real life examples from his business. In addition to trends, you’ll learn strategies for product placement and marketing to drive sales; collaboration opportunities with specialty food brands; and community events to raise awareness.
