The Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative had unveiled its first-ever Maine Lobster Tail Bouquet for Valentine's Day.
Sustainably-harvested and shipped from the cold waters of Maine, the DIY kit features six raw, frozen lobster tails arranged in a bouquet along with skewers wrapped in festive wax paper, a burlap wrap, ribbon, and a Valentine's Day tag. The bouquets are available on the Hancock Gourmet and Maine Lobster Now websites.
“With more people at home this Valentine's Day we wanted to create something unique that gave consumers a new way to think about and eat Maine Lobster,” Marianne LaCroix, executive director of the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative, told SFA News Daily. “It was a great way for us to work with our industry partners to not only generate excitement for Maine Lobster, but also create demand with our continued focus on the home cook.”
