Hella Cocktail Co. will mark its 10-year anniversary by returning to where it began and launching an interactive pop-up in Brooklyn, New York. Between September 10 and October 1, “Cheers to 10 Bitter Years: A Flavor Exploration,” will teach consumers about the history of bitters, and its place in cocktails today.
Hella Cocktail Co. has innovated the mixer and beverage category with botanical-inspired flavors.
"When Hella's founders started mixing up bitters in mason jars in their tiny Brooklyn apartment, flavor was their north star and ultimately guided them to their mission of creating an elevated experience that everyone could enjoy," said Alicia Hollinger, director of culture and events at Hella, in a statement. "After ten years of carving out space for all in cocktail culture, we couldn't be more thrilled to open the doors to the most tangible culmination of those efforts. We can't wait for consumers to take this journey and gain deeper insight into the hella delicious flavors that enhance all of life's celebrations."
The interactive experience includes an “extraction wall” which demonstrates how to make bitters, giving attendees the opportunity to experience exploring the ingredients through smell and touch, as well as a chance to taste the company’s range of products.
