H-E-B shared recently that it will open its Allen, Texas store on October 4. As the grocer continues its expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, it's planning for additional stores in Melissa, Prosper, and Rockwall, Texas.
At 117,000 square feet, the H-E-B Allen store will showcase a full-service H-E-B Pharmacy with a drive-thru, H-E-B Wellness Primary Care clinic, and a True Texas BBQ restaurant. The store will also offer H-E-B Curbside pickup, which can be scheduled starting October 2.
H-E-B will soon begin construction on the stores in Melissa, Prosper, and Rockwall. These locations are expected to open in 2025.
In the DFW area, H-E-B has opened stores in Frisco, Plano, and McKinney, Texas. The retailer also said that two greater DFW area stores will open in Alliance and Mansfield, Texas. Earlier this year, the multi-format retailer revealed plans to open two Joe V’s Smart Shop by H-E-B stores in Dallas.
