The Giant Company has announced changes to its leadership, which, according to the company, are designed to strengthen its omnichannel strategy.
Manuel Haro will assume the role of VP of finance and strategy after working in the company for 10 years. He will oversee, finance, real estate, and strategy operations. Taking over his current role of divisional VP of Greater Philadelphia is Tim Santoro, previously regional director of 19 locations.
Joanna Crishock has been promoted to VP of marketing and commercial planning from her current role as director of strategy and chief of staff to the president. April Mock will be add the chief of staff task to her current position as director of communications and corporate social responsibility.
Daren Russ will leverage his 18 years of retail experience as the director of ecommerce operations in his new role as VP of omnichannel operations. He will lead customer support as well as ecommerce operations like fulfillment and last mile delivery, pharmacy operations, and store support.
