Upscale convenience chain Foxtrot plans to open 50 locations across the U.S. over the next two years, reports Grocery Dive. The expansion includes New York City, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, and Austin, Texas.
The new locations will be double the size of current stores and feature on-site dining, revamped cafe menus, and an assortment of items that emphasizes product discovery.
This expansion is part of Foxtrot’s plans to use the $42 million of new finding it raised earlier this year. Full Story
