Fischer & Wieser to Debut New Products at Fancy Food Show

Specialty Food Association

Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods will be launching eight new products at the Winter Fancy Food Show, taking place February 6 - 8 in Las Vegas.

“The Fancy Food Show is a great place to showcase new items,” said Case D. Fischer, CEO of Fischer & Wieser, in a statement. “It’s the event that buyers attend to find what’s new, what’s hot, and what’s on trend.”

The company's new line of holiday accompaniments answers the trend for comfort food and the return to home cooking. Pineapple Bourbon Ham Glaze, Classic Gravy Starter, and Seville Orange Cranberry Sauce will make holiday cooking a tasty snap.

For the charcuterie and cheese board trend, a new range of savory jams will inspire new pairings. Bacon & Apple Jam, Smoked Tomato Truffle Jam, and Hot Serrano Pepper Jelly, along with the fruit-forward Fredericksburg Peach Jam, will soon be on the shelf.

Lastly, a rich and savory Truffle Marinara will be joining the award-winning lineup of Mom’s Pasta Sauces.

“We’ve been sharing our Texas Hill Country lifestyle with the specialty food world for over five decades now,” Fischer said. “People coming into Das Peach Haus and trying our jams and jellies made from the ripe fruit in our orchard is what inspired us to take our products to a broader audience. We’re so fortunate to be a family business and that we still enjoy what we do—creating unique and flavorful food products that make life simpler.”

Fischer & Wieser manufactures over 150 products that are distributed throughout the United States, Mexico, and beyond. In addition to the Fischer & Wieser brand, the company manufactures the award-winning line of Mom’s spaghetti sauces, soups, and meal starters, and Dr. Foo's Kitchen line of Thai cooking sauces.
