FCIA, SFA to Host Chocolate Soirée at Winter Fancy Food Show

The Fine Chocolate Industry Association in conjunction with Specialty Food Association will host a Chocolate Soirée networking event to celebrate the chocolate highlighted at the Winter Fancy Food Show and beyond.

The event will feature a Grand Buffet featuring fine chocolate brands such as Valrhona, República del Cacao, Felchlin, Guittard Chocolate Company, Cacao Hunters, Conexión Chocolate, and Dandelion Chocolate.

Guided by chocolatiers Luis Robledo of Tout Chocolat, Daniel J. Corpuz of Daniel Corpuz Chocolatier, Melissa Coppel of MC Chocolate and Confectionery School, Ramón Perez of Felchlin USA, Stephen Durfee of Dandelion Chocolate, attendees can choose from two networking session times, one on Sunday, January 21 from 5-7 p.m., and the other on the same evening from 7-8:30 p.m.
