In response to member feedback that was collected leading up to the Show, the Specialty Food Association adjusted the hours that the Winter Fancy Food Show exhibit floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center will be open to attendees, last week.
The show floor will operate from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
