A man carrying five firearms and wearing body armor was arrested on March 24 after walking into a Publix in Atlanta, reports Progressive Grocer. This was two days after a mass shooting at a King Soopers location in Aurora, Colorado left 10 dead.
The Atlanta police department identified the male suspect as 22-year-old Rico Marley. According to the report, the man entered Publix carrying a rifle and entered the bathroom. A witness alerted store management, who then notified the police. Marley was detained after exiting the bathroom.
He has been charged with reckless conduct and the investigation is ongoing, according to the report. Full Story
