The 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show kicks off today at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 9:45 a.m. at the Show entrance on Level 1. The exhibit floor will open to key buyers at 9:30 a.m. and to all other attendees 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Exhibitors will present their products from a number of state, special, and international pavilions. They include:

First time Winter Fancy Food Show exhibitors, companies with diverse ownership, and those companies that have introduced a new product since July of 2022, will be identified with special signage at their booths.
The European Union will take part in the 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show as the SFA’s official show partner under the slogan “More than Food, Great Stories to Share.” It will host an opening ceremony at the European Union Pavilion, booths #2467 and 2567, at 10:30 a.m.
The SFA is once again partnering with Food Institute on Livestream Coverage at the Show. It kicks off today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. PST and can be viewed here or in person at the SFA Media Center on the Show floor.
Education Lineup
Education sessions will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the Maker Session “Solving for Success: Labor, Logistics, Shipping, and Supply Chain.”
The Maker Pass is a one-price ticket - $99 for SFA members, $199 for non-members - that entitles holders to Maker Sessions that are designed for both new and running specialty food companies. Winter Fancy Food Show attendees can register for The Maker Pass here or on-site by visiting registration.
The Main Stage session “The New Rules for Specialty Food” will be presented by industry experts at noon. The following sessions will take place on the Big Idea stage throughout the day:
• 10:30 a.m.: Fermentation is Not a Trend
• 12:30 p.m.: The Future of CPG Packaging is Cheesy: Innovation and Sustainability in Cheese Packaging
• 1:30 p.m.: How to Make Food Waste Tasty: Upcycled Ingredients and Products for a Sustainable Future
• 2:30 p.m.: What Makes EU F&B products More Than Food?
• 3:30 p.m.: Understanding Why Indonesian Food and Beverages Matter
Cooking demonstrations will happen on the Taste it Live! Stage at booth #1517 from 12 - 1 p.m. with chefs from the EU and from 1:30 - 4 p.m. with chefs from Italy.
An opening day reception will take place at 4 p.m. outside the Level 1 Atrium.
Buses for the Winter Fancy Food Show Lip Smacking Foodie Tour (Downtown) will depart at 5:30 p.m. Tickets for the 3-hour tour may be purchased here.
