Yarmouth, ME (January 12, 2023) – WATCHAREE’S, a leading national brand of authentic ready-to-eat Thai sauces, has launched a new line of traditional and Thai-inspired dipping and stir fry sauces at the Specialty Food Association’s 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas on January 15-17. Created by Watcharee Limanon, a recognized Thai culinary artist from Bangkok, the new line embodies Thailand’s distinctive culinary traditions and is manufactured in Thailand from premium quality ingredients. These sauces include Thai Sweet Chili with Ginger, Thai Spicy Chili (Nam Jim Jaew), Thai Lemongrass and Chili, Thai Sweet and Sour with Pineapple, Thai Garlic and Basil, and Pad Thai.
“Our new classic and Thai-inspired sauces are as versatile as they are flavorful,” said Watcharee. “When I created them I had in mind busy home cooks who want to bring a new flair to their stir fries, salads or grills, but may not have time for complicated recipes. These sauces are made in Thailand from fresh, clean, traditional ingredients.”
WATCHAREE’S sauces are sold at select retailers nationwide including Whole Foods, Hannaford, Stop & Shop, Meijer, Wegmans and Publix Greenwise as well as on online platforms. In 2022, WATCHAREE’S peanut sauce in a 7 oz. pouch won the prestigious sofi™ award in the New Product category, a top honor in the $170.4 billion specialty food industry.
