Side Project Jerky Introduces Its Latest Collaboration with Poi Dog Sauces at the Specialty Food Association Summer Fancy Food Show 2024

Philadelphia, PA (June 18, 2024) – Side Project Jerky will be exhibiting at the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show, happening at the Javits Center in New York City from June 22nd to the 25th. The artisan producer of coveted meat snacks created by celebrity chefs and its food obsessed founder will be attending the event for the second time after a successful show last year with the (included) cohort, a membership collective for BIPOC founders and creators in the CPG space. They will be introducing their latest jerky flavor, Huli Huli, a chicken jerky collaboration with fellow Philly brand, Poi Dog, whose founder is also a member of (included) and a good friend of the brand.

From Side Project Jerky’s Founder, Marcos Espinoza, “We actually started talking about the collaboration at last year’s Fancy Food Show. It took a few months to get it dialed in, but we’re thrilled to be using such a great product and even moreso to finally get it to market. I love the sweetness of the pineapple and the complexity of the Chinese five spice.”

In addition to Huli Huli flavor, Side Project Jerky will be sampling the rest of its roster, a diverse body of flavors inspired by Ethiopia (Berbere), Vietnam (Pho), and New Mexico (Hatch Green Chile), and of course, Philadelphia (Cheesesteak). You can try them all at Booth #1549.
