The Oregon Raspberry & Blackberry Commission and the Oregon State University Food Innovation Center have teamed up to host a one and a half day hands-on-educational workshop and farm tour featuring Oregon raspberry & blackberry flavor pairing, food trends and product/menu incorporation. This workshop includes complimentary course registration, travel, lodging, and meals, and is being held in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, in Portland, Oregon.

This workshop features Sarah Masoni of the Oregon State University Food Innovation Center. Sarah works intimately with small to mid-sized food companies and entrepreneurs to assist in creating foods and beverages that focus primarily on specialty foods in the Northwest. Sarah has worked in the food industry for over 30 years and her experience includes areas from quality control and assurance to research and development. Other areas of expertise include ingredient sourcing, product scale up, ideation, and product evaluation, to name a few.
Established in 1981, The Oregon Raspberry & Blackberry Commission (ORBC) focuses on promoting caneberries to multiple audiences, and supports Oregon berry farmers by fostering plant research and farming education initiatives.
