New York, NY, June 21, 2023 – Forever Cheese, the importer of artisan cheese and specialty foods from Europe, will exhibit at the Summer Fancy Food Show in booth 3236, June 25-27 in New York City. The company is celebrating its 25th anniversary and will unveil new branding in honor of the milestone at the show. In addition to a core selection from their wide-ranging catalog of products from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, and Switzerland, they will feature several new products at the annual event.
Forever Cheese is known for discovering and importing exceptional cheeses and specialty foods, including charcuterie, nuts, chocolate, jams, crackers, and more. New products include an extension of their line of Wooly Wooly® fresh sheep’s milk log from Spain, with new flavors Everything Seasoning and Five Pepper Blend. They also will showcase two new flavors, Peperoncino and Rosmarino, of their popular crunchy Toketti crackers made from traditional Sardinian flatbread.
Several esteemed artisans from Forever Cheese’s family of producers will be joining the importer in their booth. IGOR Gorgonzola, makers of traditional Gorgonzola, are traveling from Novara, Italy and will sample wheels, wedges, and crumbles of the famous blue cheese. Farmstead cheesemakers Quattro Portoni, who work with 100% buffalo milk on their farm outside of Bergamo, Italy, will also highlight their line of cheeses. Chef Cesare Casella, who crafts American-made prosciutto and salumi made from heritage breed pigs, will sample his products in the Forever Cheese booth on Monday, June 26.
