Giada De Laurentiis will present the latest curated products from her lifestyle and ecommerce platform, Giadzy.com including a new Gluten Free Pasta line. Once again, our Executive Chef for the show will be Pasitificio Zaccagni consulting Chef Simone Parisotto from Abruzzo, Italy. Giadzy, Chef Simone and renowned Pizzaioli (Pizza Makers) Vincenzo Abbate and Luciano Sorbillo from Naples, Italy will offer attendees enticing pasta dishes featuring Zaccagni organic pasta and handmade pizza featuring Nolano DOP San Marzano Tomatoes and many other temptations.
NY baking legend Jim Lahey from Sullivan Street Bakery will also provide his fresh baked “Disco Romano” Focaccia to perfectly compliment the menu.
For Dessert: Domori Chocolate and a collection of artisan biscotti producers.
Post-pop Artist Burton Morris, known for his artwork featured on 'Friends' and branding collaborations with everyone from Chanel to Shake Shack, Perrier, Kellogg's and others, will be launching, in partnership with Galateo & Friends, a set of EVOO and Specialty Vinegars in bottles featuring his iconic artwork. Burton has also created a commemorative Summer Fancy Food Show poster and will be autographing a limited number of copies for attendees.
