CARLTON FARMS Exhibiting at the Specialty Food Association 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (2024) -- (JANUARY, 21-23, 2024) CARLTON FARMS will exhibit at the 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show, the largest B2B-only specialty food industry event in the western United States. Carlton Farms will showcase new products in booth #3821 located in the West Hall.

Also, spotlighted at the booth will include co-branded product with Deschutes Brewery, the Deschutes Black Butte Porter Bacon Gouda Sausage.

Deschutes Brewery is an award winning craft beer and hand crafted ales in Oregon, not far from Carlton Farm’s headquarters. This co-branded product showcases the innovation, artisanry and deliciousness of the Oregon food culture.

“We are excited to have some of the country’s most influential specialty food retail and foodservice professionals visit our booth,” said Tom Ryan, Sales Manager at Carlton Farms. “This is our first year attending the Winter Fancy Food Show, we are hoping to make great first impressions and connections outside of the Portland Marketplace.”

In addition to the Deschutes Black Butte Porter Bacon Gouda Sausage, new product launches will include a fully cooked, served fresh, uncured and phosphate free sausage line, complemented by our retail and bulk packs of Prop 12 compliant dry cured applewood smoked bacon.  A variety of Prop 12 fresh pork cuts will also be showcased.
