BROOK37 THE ATELIER – A TEA FOR THE TIMES

BROOK37 THE ATELIER – A TEA FOR THE TIMES

Princeton, NJ January 9th, 2024 – Mou Dasgupta, the founder of Brook37 the Atelier will celebrate the first birthday of her brand at Winter Fancy Food Show (Booth 2434) at Las Vegas Convention Center.

About Brook37 The Atelier

Brook37 is an Atelier of Tea Artists and Sommeliers on a mission to delight the palate through the skillful curation of the world’s rarest and most exclusive teas.

Brook37 is a tea for the times. It’s for the movers, the shakers, the hustlers, the doers and the go-getters who aspire to get the most out of each and every day without compromising on the luxury of extraordinary tea.

Unlike most tea brands that have passed through several countries, changed hands and collected dust in warehouses, Brook37 curate small batches of teas from gardens and delivers them straight to the cups. The brand is disrupting the traditional supply chain with a farm to cup model in socially and environmentally responsible ways.

Brook37 calls their teas the sober siblings of wine due to the rarity, complex flavor profiles, and provenance stories. They offer a better alternative to alcohol for those seeking high-end beverages for any time of the day and any occasion.

Brook37 believes in presenting a 360-degree experience to our customers. From look, touch, feel, smell and flavor. The  teas are packed in PENTAWARD. nominated canisters. Within a few months of the launch, they were featured in InStyle, BuzzFeed, PopSugar, Uncrate, Dieline and several other publications. Their tea is featured as the best oolong tea money can buy.

Brook37 was founded on a mission to create positive change in the world - from the economic empowerment of women in tea gardens, to a socially and environmentally responsible supply chain, to bringing high quality tea as an affordable luxury, to offering a healthy alternative to alcoholic beverages.

Brook37 is Plastic Neutral certified; their tea bags are made out of cornstarch, that is biodegradable. The canisters are reusable and can be re-labeled and reused at food storage, flower vase, or pencil stands.

In addition, Brook37 donates 2% of proceeds to be good stewards not just of tea but of this beautiful garden they call home. They donate 1% of our proceeds to Carbon 180 and 1% for the planet certifying us for that donation. They donate another 1% for education for underprivileged children. Their goal is to continue to grow Brook37 so that they can give back more.
