Elevate Your Events: Crafting Irresistible Grazing Boards for Every Occasion!

Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall, Booth 947

Discover the art of crafting the perfect Grazing Board for any occasion with the Snackologist, Jeanette Donnarumma. Join this engaging tasting session as she guides you in theming and creating the ultimate grazing board, ensuring its versatility from delectable appetizers to tempting desserts. It's a feast for your eyes and a treat for your guests!

Designing the ultimate grazing board is an art - and one that Bonnie has mastered over the course of her career. In 1999, Bonnie started producing her jams at Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge, MA, and immersed herself in the world of cheese. She became friendly with the cheesemongers and looked to them for advice on pairing her small batch, artisan jams. Since then, every flavor of Bonnie’s Jams has been carefully crafted to bring out the nuances of farmstead cheeses.

“I’m excited to partner with Jeanette on this fun, interactive session. I love recommending pairing suggestions for my jams and sharing the experience with fellow food enthusiasts,” said Bonnie Shershow, founder of Bonnie’s Jams. “Now that we have our new line of mini jars debuting at the show, we truly have a reason to celebrate!”

From selecting a theme to curating the ingredients and accoutrements, Bonnie and Jeanette will share their top tips and tricks to building great boards for entertaining success. Bonnie’s Jams will also be exhibiting in Booth 759 for the duration of the Fancy Food show, where they’ll have their new line of mini jars on display. Flavors for the minis include their best-selling Red Pepper Jelly, sweet and spicy Blueberry Habanero, and brand new Peach Pepper Jelly.
