The gold-level sofi™ award was presented to Bellisari’s for its Balsamic Shallot & Black Garlic Spread. This versatile spread is rich and savory with a hint of sweetness. It is part condiment, part jam; delicately balanced with black garlic, shallots and finished with aged balsamic. Spread it on a wheel of brie, then heat and serve with crostini for an easy appetizer.
