Complimentary Badges for SFA Members

Specialty Food Association members receive one or more free badges to each Fancy Food Show as a membership benefit. 

Non-members may purchase SFA membership through the Fancy Food Show registration process (links above), or through the member application before registering. Click here to view the member application.

Refund Policy:  A 100% refund will be honored if a written request is emailed to @[email protected] by 11:59 PM EDT on Friday, December 20th, 2024. No refunds will be honored beginning 12:00 AM EDT on Saturday, December 21st, 2024 through the end of the show, including failure to attend any paid educational events. If, after review of your business credentials, Show Management finds that you do not qualify for the business classification you selected, you will be required to pay the fee (which may be higher) associated with the registration type assigned to you to confirm your registration.


Registration Rules & Regulations

  • Attendees: Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor. Persons under the age of 18, including infants in strollers or carriers, are not permitted on the Show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances.

    Exhibitors: Only those 16 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor as an exhibitor.

  • Please review below the descriptions and qualification requirements for each business type in order to select the appropriate badge.

    If, after review of your business credentials, Show Management finds that you do not qualify for the business classification you selected, you will be required to pay the fee (which may be higher) associated with the registration type assigned to you to confirm your registration.

  • Your company is a food retail operation. This includes retail stores and online retailers. Your retail operation must sell more than one manufacturer's product line to an end consumer.

To qualify for the Distributor classification, you must be a third-party distributor of more than one manufacturer's line of finished, consumer-ready brand in addition to any brands owned by your company.
