How do I sign up for exhibit space in the 2026 Winter Show?
All eligible Tier 2 members will receive an exhibit space contract* via email on Monday, January 20, 2025. To participate in booth selection (Space Draw) for the 2026 Winter Show, you must submit your contract and deposit by February 10, 2025. If you miss the deadline, you will need to wait until the Space Draw process is complete to select your booth location.
*Contracts are sent to the email address of the show or primary contact who is listed on your membership profile.
What is Space Draw?
Space Draw is the Specialty Food Association’s advanced booth space selection process for Tier 2 members. This is when you can choose your booth space for next year’s show. Your participation in Space Draw will provide you with significantly better options for the location of your booth.
How does Space Draw work?
Your company’s booth selection order is based on your Priority Point number (located on the top right of the exhibit space contract), square footage, and the date your contract and payment are received.
Once you submit your contract and deposit, an SFA representative will follow-up via e-mail and provide you with the date and time when you will be called to select your booth via phone.
If you will not be available during the time slot provided, please appoint another representative from your company to select a booth or we will choose one for you based on your preferred booths indicated on your exhibit space contract.
How does the Priority Point system work?
The Priority Point system is based on the length of a member’s exhibiting history for that show. The longer a member has been exhibiting, the lower the Priority Point and the earlier that member will choose their booth during Space Draw. If you do not exhibit in a show, your Priority Point will increase.
Will the Priority Point system be utilized for Space Draw for the 2026 Winter Show?
Yes.
Why the change in the Space Draw schedule?
We will be announcing a reimagination of the Winter Fancy Food Show at 4pm on Sunday January 19, 2025, during the First Night Celebration party at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Please plan to join us for the party in the West Hall Atrium of the Convention Center to learn all the exciting details including the destination of the 2026 show!

During the 2025 Winter Show, we’ll have the 2026 floorplan available to view in the SFA Hub (Booth 2121). Feel free to stop by and speak to an SFA team member to answer any questions you may have.
