Getting to and from the Javits Center is a breeze, with subway lines and bus stops nearby. Close to action-packed neighborhoods including Hell’s Kitchen, Times Square, Hudson Yards, and Chelsea, the convention center area is also an easy place to catch a yellow cab or rideshare pickup.

NYC Traffic

Travel by Subway

The 7 train stop at 34th-Hudson Yards Station is just one block away from Javits Center. Just opened in 2015, the extension of the 7 train connects to every line that runs through Manhattan.

Travel by Bus

If you prefer to stay above-ground, the M34-SBS bus runs along 34th St., stopping just before 11th Ave. and again on 11th between 34th & 33rd St. Fare can be prepaid via MetroCard at the bus stop, or by tapping a credit card inside the bus.

Travel by Taxi or Rideshare

Yellow cabs operate 24 hours per day, accepting cash or credit cards for payment. Your driver will know where the Javits Center is, but in case they’re not sure, direct them to West 35th St. and 11th Ave.

Uber and Lyft are popular options in NYC, almost always available within a few minutes. Fares are comparable to taxis, but are subject to surge pricing, so be sure to check before you request.

Travel by Foot

Whether because you want to avoid sitting in traffic or just enjoy the fresh air, walking around the west side of NYC is also a great and convenient option, particularly if your hotel is within a mile of the Javits Center.
