More than 29,000 specialty food and beverage industry professionals came together for the Specialty Food Association’s (SFA) sold-out 68th Summer Fancy Food Show, June 23-25 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City.
The Fancy Food Shows are where the specialty food and beverage industry gather for product discovery, networking, trendspotting, and education. More than 2,400 domestic and international companies across 40+ specialty food and beverage categories exhibited at the Show. In addition to makers and buyers, the show attracted industry affiliates, press, influencers, investors, and trendspotters thanks to the diversity and quality of products on display, thought-provoking Keynotes, events including the inaugural SFA Gala and three sold out retail tours, and other attractions.

SFA was proud to host 2,400+ exhibitors from 56 countries to showcase products in 49 specialty food and beverage categories. There were hundreds of first-time exhibitors and nearly 700 new products at the Show.
The Show Floor Experience
Covering nearly six football fields' worth of floor space, exhibitor booths showcased flavor and innovation in every corner of the Javits Center. Attendees enjoyed 49 unique Pavilions, interactive photo sets, crossover experiences with Vinexpo America, and more.
Educational Sessions
From the reveal of the 2024-25 State of the Specialty Food Industry research to Whole Foods Market CEO Jason Buechel's keynote to a Burger Showdown, the 31 sessions held during the Show offered attendees a wide range of insights and experiences.

The Summer Fancy Food Show is a must-see event for editors and journalists covering food, beverages, and trends. More than 850 verified members of the media attended the 2024 Show, generating more than 500 stories, including mentions in some of the biggest names in mainstream press.
Events & Celebrations
Celebration was in the NYC air! SFA's New Member Party set sail on Saturday evening before the Show; Show participants gathered to eat, drink, and dance at Sunday's 5 Boro Block Party; and the inaugural SFA Awards Gala toasted the 2024 winners on Monday evening.
