Tim Macy

In 1990, Macy left a partnership with Deloitte to join his brother at John Wm. Macy's CheeseSticks. With John's focus on product development, manufacturing operations and quality control and Tim's on administration, sales and marketing, the brothers built the family-owned business from sales to a handful of Manhattan specialty food stores to distribution throughout the U.S. and Canada.
