Seth co-founded Honest Tea out of his Bethesda, MD home in 1998 with his Yale professor Barry Nalebuff. They painstakingly built a brand based on less sweet recipes, organic ingredients, and Fair Trade certification. In 2011, The Coca-Cola Company purchased Honest Tea, and helped democratize and globalize the brand. Seth now serves as Executive Chairman of Beyond Meat.
