Ronald Johnson

In 1978, Ronald created an importing company focused on food products from France, named France America, Inc. In 1987, he formed Gourmet America, Inc. to market a line focused on Mediterranean foods, especially naturally cured olives from France and Greece. In 2004, Encore Specialty Foods, LLC was formed to introduce new brands and new products from the Mediterranean for foodservice and retail distribution. His son, Jeremy, and daughter, Hanley, have joined the business.
