Rick Bayless is the chef and and owner of Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, XOCO, XOCO Bistro, Leña Brava and Cruz Blanca Cervecer'a. He is also the co-owner of Frontera Foods, a popular line of salsas, cooking sauces and organic chips. He has authored nine cookbooks, and is the host of the PBS series, Mexico: One Plate at a Time. Rick is the winner of Top Chef Masters and has also been honored with seven James Beard Awards.
