Paul owned and operated De Medici Imports from 1987 to 2007, a period in which specialty foods experienced a surge in trade and consumer interest and growth. Known particularly for highest quality ingredients produced by European artisans, DeMedici was the first to introduce genuine Tuscan olive oil to America and market it nationally.
