In 1988, Paul and his partner, with a lot of ideas and an instinct for the next big thing, founded Plocky's Fine Snacks from scratch. Today Plocky's ships natural snacks for today's consumer nationwide and across the globe. Under Paul's direction, Plocky's has been on the cutting edge of innovative snacks, winning awards from the Specialty Food Association, Diabetic Living Magazine, Sweets and Snacks Association and SIAL Innovation Shanghai China.
