Mickey Houston

Houston founded Houston Foods, a food gift company, in 1953, selling his interest in 1971 when it merged with JM Smucker. He was a food marketing consultant for television's Home network. Houston served on the 1976 Fancy Food Show steering committee, was named Overseas buyer of the Decade, 1970-1980, Gourmet Food Industry Gift-Packer Man of the Year, 1974, and Fancy Food Industry Man of the Year, 1977.
