Michael Di Camillo
Di Camillo Bakery
In 1920, the Di Camillo Family opened a bakery in Niagara Falls, NY. It continues to this day. In 1979, Michael Di Camillo, a grandson of the founders, packaged the Biscotti Di Vino and began selling them in New York City to Bloomingdale's, Zabars, and Dean & Deluca. This set in motion The Biscotti Decades of the 1980s & 90s--and a new type of cookie entered the lexicon of American food.
